How did we get here…
I don’t just work in sports—I challenge it, rewrite it, and occasionally drag it kicking and screaming into the 21st century. For 20+ years, I’ve operated at the intersection of sports law, strategy, medicine, and business—the place where big ideas, bigger risks, and “Did anyone read the regulations?” all collide.
As one of the very few people licensed as both an attorney and an athletic trainer, I’m fluent in boardroom politics, athlete realities, and legal fine print. I help organizations make smart, fearless decisions: developing strategy, managing risk before it becomes crisis, navigating cross-border compliance, and structuring sponsorships that actually make sense beyond the press release.
I’m deeply invested in women’s sports—not as a trend, but as the most dynamic growth engine in the industry. I work to build models that treat it like a business, not a side project.
I mentor rising leaders, speak internationally, and write about the power plays (literal and figurative) that shape this industry. My goal isn’t just to keep sports moving—it’s to push it to evolve, to think bigger, and to stop relying on “the way we’ve always done it” as a strategy.
If you’re building something ambitious, disruptive, or industry-shifting, let’s talk. I’m here for the projects that move sports forward—and the people bold enough to make it happen.
